One week to do good.

GOOD Week is a week set apart for serving our neighbors and seeking the common good of our community together.

Hosted by Christ Presbyterian Church, GOOD Week brings together families, neighbors, local partners, and churches for five days of training, hands-on service, and shared celebration. We’ll partner with local nonprofits, support neighborhood initiatives, and create simple, tangible ways for anyone to step in for the common good.

The name GOOD comes from the story of the Good Samaritan — a reminder that love moves toward need. GOOD stands for “Get Off Our Donkey,” inspired by the Samaritan who stopped, got off his donkey, and helped someone in front of him.

We don’t expect to change everything in one week. But we do believe one week can spark something — new relationships, new habits of service, and visible reminders of the good we can do when we come together.
